The Harbour View Hotel is situated on the corner of Cumberland Street and Lower Fort Street in the Rocks. You can also access the hotel from streets to the western side of the Bridge.

The hotel has an elegant public bar, two function rooms, cocktail, restaurant, pool and gaming room. Harbour and streetscape views of elegant Victorian terraces are seen from most parts of this stylish hotel-Australia's birthplace: The Rocks.

FACILITIES

Restaurant
Situated on the top floor, this room features 1930-style coy charm with a fireplace complimenting the dining area. Most seating enjoys a view of Sydney Harbour Walsh Bay. This room can accommodate 70-80 for lunch or dinner with a set menu or smaller numbers a la carte. Hire fees apply for exclusivity.

Cocktail Bar
The Cocktail Bar adjoins the restaurant with its fabulous harbour views, stainless steel furniture, great cocktails, imported and local beers . . . Relax and watch the ships on the harbour. The bar is not available for private functions on most days, but it is a great place for pre-dinner drinks before the restaurant or function rooms.

PRIVATE FUNCTIONS ONLY

Cap Room
This room is an intimate function room with an old-style club atmosphere decorated with caps worn by past players in cricket, football and other sports. Other features include a decorative fireplace and a private bar with its own barperson. A separate sound system allows patrons to listen to house music or bring their own selection of CDs. Seating can be arranged according to individual preference. This room and open balcony has harbour views as well. Can accommodate 60-80 people standing. Hire fees apply.
SMOKING IS ONLY PERMITTED ON THE OUTDOOR BALCONY.

Bridge Room
The Bridge Room is one large L- shaped function room decorated with Harbou Bridge memorabilia and a fireplace. There are private bars with bar personnel and serving points in each room. Once again, a separate sound system allows patrons to listen to house music or bring their own selection of CDs. Seating can be arranged according to individual preference. This room and open balcony has harbour views as well.

They provide a place for you to put your feet up, relax and feel comfortable. Our cottages are the perfect getaway in Queensland's mountain wine district.

Each of the cottages is of solid timber construction. The warmth of timber also provides delightful internal features with cypress pine flooring and exposed beams in each cottage.

The hotel offers both wireless and dial-up internet access. For use of wireless internet, please contact Reception. To access the internet via the telephone line in your room, ensure your computer settings are changed from tone dial to pulse or decadic. Your ISP (Internet Service Provider) number needs to be changed by including 0, (zero then ‘,’) before your ISP phone number.

Iron and Ironing Board
Selected rooms are equipped with an iron and ironing board located in the wardrobe.

Mini Bar
Fully stocked mini bars are located in selected rooms. Your mini bar will be replenished each day and usage will be charged to your room account. On the morning of your departure, please complete the mini bar docket and indicate the last day’s consumption.

Telephone Calls
For local and STD telephone calls dial ‘0’ for an outside line and wait for the dial tone before dialing the number. For information on international codes, please dial ‘0’ for an outside line, then ‘0103’ for numbers and dialing codes.

Television
The following television channels are available in your room: ABC, WIN TV, PRIME TV, SBS and SKY. There is a dedicated free in house movie channel and a Quality Hotel Mildura Grand channel.


Grand Sports Bar
Grand Sports Bar has pool tables and a large screen television for viewing sports broadcasts. Hot bar snacks are available. Enjoy the social atmosphere of the bar frequented by many local characters.

Grand Bottleshop
Takeaway wine and beverages are available from the Grand on Deakin Drive In Bottleshop.

Breakfast
Your complimentary breakfast is served from 7am to 10am weekdays and from 8am to 10am weekends and public holidays. If you are departing prior to these times, an alternative arrangement can be made by contacting Reception.

Room Service
The Hotel offers room service seven days a week from 7am to midnight. Please see the room service menu located in the compendium.

Check Out
If you wish to extend your stay or depart later than 10am, please contact Reception and we will endeavour to accommodate your request.

Dry Cleaning
We offer a same day laundry and dry cleaning service for your convenience. Please complete the laundry docket and deliver to Reception before 9am. Dry cleaning is not available on weekends or public holidays. Dry cleaning will be charged to your room account.

Gift Vouchers

Gymnasium
The gym is open daily from 7am to 9.30pm. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the gym area without the supervision of an adult. Gym shoes must be worn at all times.

For luggage collection, delivery or storage, please contact Reception and a porter will be pleased to assist.

Mail
Outgoing mail may be left at Reception. Incoming mail will be delivered to your room each day. If mail is expected after your departure, we will gladly accept a forwarding address.

Maps
Maps are available for guests to find their way around our wonderful city. Please contact Reception for a copy.

Newspapers
Newspapers and magazines are available for sale at the news stand in the foyer. Room delivery can be arranged.

Parking
Limited undercover parking is available adjacent to the bus station. This area is locked each evening at 11pm and reopened at 6am. Alternatively, there is a public carpark on the corner of Seventh Street and Langtree Avenue which charges a fee. Management advises that guests park their vehicles at their own risk.

Spa and Sauna
The spa and sauna are located beside the pool in the gymnasium complex and is open daily from 7am to 9.30pm. Children must be supervised at all times.

Swimming Pool
Our heated swimming pool is available for use between 7am and 9.30pm each day. Children must be supervised when using the pool area. Pool towels are available from Reception and should be returned after use.

Courtyard and Rose Garden
These tranquil and relaxing spaces can be enjoyed by guests all year round.

Wake-up Calls
The combined clock/radio on your bedside table has an alarm included. If you prefer, Reception will be happy to call you at a nominated time.
