The rooms with attached bath are located in both the Old Wing and in the Trekker’s House. They have both double and twin type bed settings. These rooms have an attached bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. Some of these rooms have a private balcony.....
Super rooms are the largest room size in the old wing and have an attached bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. They come in both twin and double type bed settings. These rooms have marble floors, coffee tables and writing desks.....
The deluxe rooms are all located in the New Wing and are facing the inner gardens. They are spacious, bright and furnished with two queen size beds. All rooms have parquet floors and the attached bathrooms all have bathtubs.....
The suite rooms are located in the New Wing facing the inner gardens. These rooms have a living room, a corridor guiding you into a spacious master bedroom with a private balcony and an attached bath with bathtub.....

Hotel Vajra has: The Explorers Restaurant, The Pagoda Bar, The Sunset Bar and offers services in the rooftops and gardens. A complete menu of Nepali, Indian, Tibetan and Continental dishes are served.
Hotel Vajra has an Ayurvedic massage room; the message is performed by Mrs. Laxmi. She is available everyday from 10 A.M to 6 P.M. except Saturday. Please inquire with the reception for reservations one evening before.

Here every Tuesday evening the Kala-Mandap dance troop performs the Trantric Dances of Nepal. The Pagoda Hall is ideal for classical music concerts, art and spiritual events. THE OCTOBER GALLERY
The Naga Theatre is located on the first floor of the Old Wing, has a seating capacity for 110 people. This is the main venue for the annual drama performances of Studio 7's Avant-Garde productions directed by Sabine Lehmann. The Naga Theatre also provides a venue to the October Gallery East with its traditional and contemporary art exhibitions. This special space is also available to rent for different kinds of events.
STUDIO 7- NAGA THEATRE
Studio 7 is an International Actor's Ensemble based in Kathmandu, Nepal. It was founded in 1981 and has since performed under the direction of Sabine Lehmann. Studio 7 at present has actors, dancers and musicians from Nepal, India, Tibet, USA and Germany. The performances are in English. Studio 7 has performed plays ranging from Brecht's "Three Penny Opera" to the Life Story and 100,000 Poems of "Milarepa" and episodes from "The Mahabharat". Studio 7's plays choose to reflect the historical as well as the current events of the country, in a style which can be called "Magic Realism".
THE EAST WEST LIBRARY
The East-West Library is located in the fourth floor of the Old Wind and it contains the basic Tibetan Texts, Sanskrit Texts, Western Scientific and Management works, Literary Works, Atlases, Art Books, and Nepal Ecological Studies. Writers, Artists and Scholars do use our library for their research.
KALA MANDAP - CULTURAL NEPALI DANCE
The Classical Dance Performances take place in the Great Pagoda Hall. These Dances provide a very special and authentic taste of the ancient arts of Nepal. Rajendra Shrestha founded Kala-Mandapa in 1981 for the purpose of preserving the traditional performing arts as well as creating contemporary works. An emphasis is placed on conveying an understanding of the historical background and deep philosophical meaning.
CLASSICAL AND MODERN MUSIC
